During the in-person interview, the candidate will meet with the manager. The interview will begin with a brief introduction and overview of the company and the position, followed by a series of behavioral and situational questions designed to assess the candidate's fit for the role. They ask the candidate to provide examples from their past experiences that demonstrate their skills and abilities, as well as to describe how they would handle different scenarios that may arise in the position. they will also ask technical questions specific to the role, to ensure that the candidate has the necessary knowledge and expertise. In addition to the interview questions, we encourage candidates to ask questions of their own, to learn more about the company culture and work environment.
