Interview
Interviewed with the Owner, interviewed with 2 VP's and another owner, they all wanted to make sure I knew what the job entailed. They were more than insightful and honest about the ups and downs of recruiting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EHS Hospitality Group (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Initial communication was a phone call explaining what they were looking for and if I had an interest. I came in for a face to face with the partners of the office and had a 1.5 interview. After receiving all information I was able to take a few days and review what I learned and returned for a second interview to ask questions and dig deeper. The third interview was to spend a few hours working side by side to see what the position really entailed. After this I spent some time on the phone with the founder of the company and a decision was made to bring me on board
