      Pros

      Ability to work in the industry still without the clo-pens and crazy hours. You have the ability to work with whatever style of clients and candidates match your background and expertise. EHS really cares about making sure the candidate is taking the best possible career move with the right client. It's not about simply finding candidates jobs, it's about helping them elevate their career path.

      Cons

      None at the moment, it's really in the eye of the beholder. This position is one where you get out of it what you put into it!
