I applied via recruiter. I arrived at my interview, only to be told that the person that was supposed to interview me wasn’t there and no one knew where he was. Long story short, he was stuck in traffic, running 30 minutes late. I waited.
During the interview I was told what a great fit I would be and that the next step would entail meeting the Chief Executive.
After the interview, my recruiter called me to tell me what a great impression I made and how they want to offer me more money (more than I asked for), but need to have it approved first.
Then, radio silence for three days, only to be told they went with someone else.
For a company that prides themselves in providing an exceptional customer service, I found this process very unprofessional and of poor quality.
