Round 1 – Online Technical Test 1: Focus: Theory of FEM, FEA, and CAE Format: 50 MCQs (1 hour), Passing: 80/100 Tested fundamentals like element types, meshing, boundary conditions, and FEM theory. Round 2 – Online Technical Test 2: Focus: ANSYS and HyperWorks software concepts Format: 50 MCQs (1 hour) Tested practical knowledge of simulation workflow (geometry, meshing, setup, solution, results). Round 3 – Online Technical Interview: Format: 6 technical questions (Google Meet, one-on-one) Focused on FEM concepts + practical application of ANSYS/HyperWorks Covered topics like meshing quality, linear vs nonlinear analysis, and inertia relief. Final Outcome: Did not get selected, but gained in-depth knowledge of FEM, FEA, CAE workflows, and ANSYS tools, which will help in future opportunities.
