Basically, I want to say, like, I gave eliation away recently, and in the round 1, they asked me FAE, FCM, BASIS. There were, in their website only, there were 50 questions, where I have to score more than 80 to pass to the next round. In round 2, there were questions about ANSYS, Hyperworks, and there also they filtered out people who got more than 80. And in the third round, it was all technical. They didn't ask me any introduction or anything related to HR, but they completely asked me 6 technical questions, where I have to solve at least 4 of them to get the job. The results didn't come, it's just my experience till now.

Question 1
How do you define boundary conditions and loads in HyperMesh?
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ELEATION in July 2025
Interview
Registration & Application: Applied for the role of CAE Project Engineer in Eleation through campus drive.
Round 1 – Online Technical Test 1:
Focus: Theory of FEM, FEA, and CAE
Format: 50 MCQs (1 hour), Passing: 80/100
Tested fundamentals like element types, meshing, boundary conditions, and FEM theory.
Round 2 – Online Technical Test 2:
Focus: ANSYS and HyperWorks software concepts
Format: 50 MCQs (1 hour)
Tested practical knowledge of simulation workflow (geometry, meshing, setup, solution, results).
Round 3 – Online Technical Interview:
Format: 6 technical questions (Google Meet, one-on-one)
Focused on FEM concepts + practical application of ANSYS/HyperWorks
Covered topics like meshing quality, linear vs nonlinear analysis, and inertia relief.
Final Outcome: Did not get selected, but gained in-depth knowledge of FEM, FEA, CAE workflows, and ANSYS tools, which will help in future opportunities.
