No verbal communication—-all email or text messages. Was invited to take part in a one way interview. Took about an hour to record my responses, review them and submit them. Was not invited for in person interview—just notified by automated email that they were proceeding with another candidate who more closely aligned with their needs, or whatever.

had 1 phone interview then was asked to come in for in person. also had to take what seemed to be an impossible math quiz before going in. The in person interview was about 2 hours long with back to back questions... seemed like same questions just phrased differently. there was an HR manager as well as someone else sitting in with you

Phone interview with HR to discuss my experience in previous jobs. Team interview with 3 team members and the IT Manager to discuss and respond to Technical questions. Most questions came from the Manager, with Team Members nodding in assent. Interview ended with a slow paced game of catch with each of the interview team asking questions and tossing a stuffed animal to me. I was to respond to the question and toss the object to one of the others to give them their turn to toss both the next question along with the stuffed animal to me. Went on for approximately 30 minutes. First time I have ever participated in an interview like this....
