Disappointing Follow-Up Despite Strong Performance I passed the coding assessment with an excellent score, even though it was quite difficult and seemed more suited for an experienced engineer rather than a fresher. After that, I advanced to the online interview stage, which included four people — one of whom was the CTO or a co-founder. I answered all their questions in English, as they requested. I felt the interview went well, and I was optimistic about the outcome. However, I was ghosted afterward — I never received any follow-up email, whether for acceptance or rejection. I found this lack of communication to be unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after the time and effort I invested.
