Long and somewhat redundant. You will see a recruiter, then take an aptitude test that scores you on personality, motivation, and quick thinking, then you are interviewed by 2 people from the site, then another 2 people from the site, then you spend a half day on site so the team can see if they like you, then a meeting with the district manager which you can ace by just asking the manager questions and letting them talk about how great their vision is for an hour. A lot of emphasis on finding a "good fit", but turnover remains high.
