I applied ERA-InfoTech through their career portal. I appeared in a MCQ and Written test on 16 July, 2020. The test was taken by a E-Recruitment System. In the MCQ part there were 30 questions, 25 sec. for each question. After that there were 2 written questions, 5 minutes for each. Within 15 working days they notify the candidate if selected for the next step. Next step was a viva with the management of the company. And then they notify the result of the viva within 15 working days. If selected then they give offer.

First you have face their technical expert if you are selected on that stage you may face the management.

First part of the interview was MCQ questions. A lot of the questions were not suitable for the position at all, more for an experience position. One of the question was wrong.

1st there is an online exam and after passing the exam there will be 2 interviews as follows -> 1 technical and last one with the CEO, CTO. this is like round by round, every round has to be passed in order to get selected.
