Firstly I had an in depth screen phone call (post covid), with a recruiter. Then I had an interview with the managing director. Wasn’t usual interview questions, more example based questions.

Interview
It was an in-depth interview process but a small team, so they took a significant level of care of making sure it was the right fit for their business. Its formal but they make you feel relaxed as their office has a really nice design in comparison to other agencies and its a warm space. Detailed interview questions but not traditional in the format or structure they ask them in. Its conversational but you need to know figures and expand with examples.
