The complete process included three rounds. round 1- test This was an online test conducted via e litmus. paper was easy but a few questions were time taking. This in turn was the reason for maximum people to be eliminated as they could not complete the test in the given duration. a few days later the company visited our campus, and the list of the shortlisted candidates was given after the presentation. round 2- interview This was a complete management consulting type interview. they ask some general HR questions from your CV and in my case they emphasized upon music. everything was asked in detail and basically as a management consulting group they wanted to check the lateral thinking abilities. after this they started an adaptive type puzzle round in which they gave me puzzles and increased the level of them accordingly. next they gave me a guesstimate case after which the interview was over. round 3- final interview This interview was with the VP, and initially it was focused upon communication skills and some stress questions, which later got changed to a case study. this was a hypothetical case with some raw data as well. case was not so easy but adequate time was given to solve it. six more questions related to the case were asked. Note: Some questions will be repeated in a different form, identify them and do not deviate from your answers. final result was declared as soon as the interview of all the candidates were over.
