HR was unaware about the company allowance when I asked during final discussion. She was not at all prepared about the interview process in the beginning. Lack of communication at all stages. Lengthy interview process.
Initially, they will agree to your salary expectation and once you clear all rounds, they will significantly reduce the overall CTC. I mean what point of wasting candidate's time when your budget doesn't allow from beginning. This shows company lack of transparency.
