EXL Service Assistant Manager/Shift Lead interview questions

I was called by a consultancy for a walkin in Exl services and they said it is on the next day. They were so much in a hurry to close the positions and i got selected in the interview. However, i waited for almost 2months for the offer post which they said that the position is on hold now. Seriously, such an unprofessional behavior from a company. They should have planned for the manpower required well in advance.
