EXL Service Residential Insurance Inspector interview questions

First phone call was a screening process and was about 20 minutes, it seemed to go well. I was sent example reports to review but then was never followed up with for a second review. I reached out a week or so later, they said they were just backed up, and I still have not heard anything in the following few weeks.
