Interview
The interview consisit of certain exams first and an initial interview with the HR. The interview is pretty basic you must have a knowlege in the process of making their product which is the cement and always smile and answer truthfull.

How do you compare yourself a unliscensed professional to a liscenced one?

Interview
There will be a series of tests handed to the applicant. Prepare yourself, beforehand, to various exams - may it be behavioral, critical thinking, or course-related questions. The hardest test that I consider is the attention-to-detail part. There are specific exams that do not need to be finished. So, you can skip the questions you might think time-consuming. All you have to do is to make sure that you answer the most correctly.

Interview
Had a written test and followed with an interview. Written test has a time limit per category. I shared a room while having exam with 2 more persons. You may submit it earlier if you finished the exam early and then they will review it right away if you qualified then they will proceed with 1:1 interview.
