It was a comfortable environment. The questions were relevant and simple. They were flexible with interview dates and timings. They explain the daily operations. At the end, I got a free ice cream scoop.

Had an interview with managers at the shop after a callback over the phone, they gave a tour of the kitchen at the main production location and gave a rough timeline of onboarding.

Really straightforward interview where they asked about your past experience, and how you work in group settings. It felt almost like a conversation and at the end of the interview they briefed me on workplace expectations, what a day-to-day is like etc.
