Interview
You pretty much just meet up with a few people in the team and they ask you general questions. You don’t need to be a pro at climbing. Just be honest. They value true people.

Question 1
What kind of climbing do you do? Have you had any customer service experience? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer. Tell me about a time when things didn’t go your way.

Interview
Several rounds- two with senior leadership across the region, another with the direct supervisor, and another with the team the position oversees. Each one felt like they were trying to get a feel for the kind of person they were interviewing and making sure I aligned with the company culture and goals.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Earth Treks in July 2018
Interview
The main goal of the interview process seems to be the alignment with company values. For shift supervisors, they are also interested in ensuring that you can be a resource for developing and providing support for coworkers. For non-supervisory roles, interviews are more often done by groups at stations, where various personality skills and strengths can be identified to see how well you fit within the current team.
