The people, are cool, and the pro deals are awesome. It’s also dope that employees can get other people in for free and get a free membership.

Not great upward mobility, kind of super dramatic work environment

Has really gone downhill since the pandemic -- they'll chew you up and spit you out.

The community is by far the best part of working there.

Cons

They stripped employees of health insurance during the pandemic, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on a union-busting law firm, and denied workers a voice on matters of health, safety, and general gym policy. They talk a big game about being a family -- just like any other company that says that, it's a huge red flag!
