I applied online. I interviewed at Easy Agile (Sydney) in June 2024
Interview
A) Started with a call with HR, that's the first screening. If you pass you get invited to a team call.
B) Team call - had a call with two employees, one would've been my direct manager, the other would've been someone I would've worked closely with. It was tricky having two people on your first F2F call with somoene from the team. A little intimidating at times, trying to focus on two people, their questions and answers.

Question 1
They focus on star method. So be prepare to have solid work examples on work you've previously done and who was part of the project. Focus on how you collaborate with other teams, which was something they wanted to hear lots.

Interview
I only got to the screening round. Thoroughly disappointing experience. I was told that the skills look matching and the HR would get back to me after speaking with the product head. There were 2 openings. No news for a week and after a follow up, I am told that another candidate is already in the final round and they are putting all other interviews on hold. I responded asking if this is the case for both openings, and I did not get a response. Initially based on my conversation with the HR, I was excited about the opportunity after getting to know how they treat employees, but my experience has been just the opposite. As mentioned earlier, extremely disappointing experience!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Easy Agile (Melbourne) in July 2022
Interview
Very straightforward process.
1. Recruiter Screen
Asked the typical questions in a screen and gave me a ton of information.
2. Talk with one of the CEOs
Pretty open ended conversation with some good challenging behavioural questions
3. Talk with another executive
This one was more pointed. A lot of more standard interview questions.
