First phone interview with a senior analyst, asked me about my background then questions about the energy market (price of gas in one year, if i was a wind farm owner what would keep me from sleeping at night, etc.) finally asked me to close to call by summarising why I was the best candidate In person interview: flew to London (paid out of pocket) met with manager of norway, wanted to know how I thought, kept asking very odd questions to determine if I was an analytical thinker or not but questions were too specific
