Eclipsys Solutions interview questions

Hiring Manager and Project Manager present at interview. Prior telephone interview by a third party vendor to go over overall job description and how experience and skill match up. After interview, got offer the next day which was accepted.

First I met with my direct report, the Sales Manager. 2nd, I met with with the delivery Manager. 3rd, I put a territory coverage strategy presentation to the President and co-founder. 4th, I met HR and went through standard background checks. The process took 3 weeks, gave 3 weeks notice to former employee.
