We are so proud to have such fantastic, talented, and supportive team members who truly care about each other. Autonomy is easy when the team is full of strong professionals, true leaders in their field. And yes, the money’s pretty good! Our compensation and total rewards are highly competitive – strong base salaries, lucrative bonuses/uncapped commissions for top performers, strong benefits, RRSP matching and more. Having said all that, I am truly sorry to hear you don’t wake up excited to go to work. We all deserve to have that passion and feel that fulfillment. Sometimes it can be harder to see, but small actions every day add up to big change.
