A good interview should help candidates show their potential—not measure how they perform under stress after a three-month process. The experience didn't reflect the collaborative and psychologically safe culture the company promotes. My advice, especially to professionals in Latin America, is to carefully evaluate whether the compensation, expectations, and hiring process align with your career goals.
