Interview
I was interviewed by two managers in-person for the first interview, who were very friendly and made the interview go past quickly. The second interview involved demonstrating laboratory techniques and getting to know the team, and last for about 2 - 3 hours.

The usual questions, such as "demonstrate a time when you took initiative", "what is your greatest weakness", etc. No curve balls!

highly straightforward, technical-focused interview process assessed direct experience, ensuring an efficient and relevant evaluation of capabilities and fit for the role. Seems people stay in their roles for quite a bit.
