I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Eagan, MN) in July 2016
Interview
Hiring took just four weeks. Interview was pretty basic focussing more on what research you did. I got rejected for my first interview with a different department where they asked a lot of behavioral interview question and passed with the R&D department when they asked pretty technical stuff

I applied online. I interviewed at Ecolab (Naperville, IL)
Interview
Applied online to open posting, was contacted for interview which was entirely full. Disorganized interview process, and professionally disrespectful. Spoke over my answers to questions. No word back and job posting just became inactive. Assumed they went with another candidate.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2022
Interview
There was a total of 7 interviews, with all of them being over zoom. Most of the interviewers were late which left me with an unsettling feeling about the company's professional habits.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Eagan, MN)
Interview
Four interviews, including one with each member of the team. I was a contract worker with them before, and they hire many people who are contractors. For this reason, I didn't have an initial phone screen. They used the STAR method of interviewing.
