I applied through university. I interviewed at Ecolab (State College, PA) in June 2020
Interview
Two on one in person. Listed questions and gave and in depth detail of the postion and training process. It was pretty casual asked about resume experiences and leadership roles.

Question 1
What experience in my past makes me feel qualified for this position?
Very good process. Seemed to respect my time but also did take a while to be contacted. Overall a generally good experience. Not remarkable but not bad. I would not advise against it.
Incredibly long and drawn out, took a few weeks to get any sort of follow up. The only reason follow up happened was because of a number of phone calls and emails.

Question 1
Why do you feel like you would be good for this role?
The interview process was simple and painless. Interviewed with my direct manager, their manager, and a VP. Questions were focused around way of thinking especially with sales. Safety consideration was also asked about.
