I got the phone interview in one week when my friend referred me to the position. I completed the online application process as well. The phone interview was conducted by HR. And only general questions were asked. Questions I did not prepare were the salary questions. I was asked about current salary and my expected salary. I got the on-site interview notice in the same week of the phone interview. And the interview was scheduled in the following week. I was informed all the interviewers and the process 2 days ahead. The on-site interview started from 11am and lasted till 4pm. I met 7 people altogether (I interviewed with the hiring manager last) and I was showed around the lab after lunch.
