Facilitated through HR, then two interviews. One with Program Manager and another with company president. Program Manager was person who led the interview and he was also the hiring manager. He was friendly and interview was conversational. Interview took about 2hrs. I had a lot of questions to ask and we went over my previous work experiences, where I saw myself in the future, if I would stay in the D.C. area.
