Econowind interview questions

I was initially contacted by an outside recruiter, who did the first interview by phone. Then I went for an interview at Econowind office with the hiring manager. It lasted about one hour. It went well and at the end I was invited for a second round a week later. On the second interview, again with the hiring manager, besides the regular interview questions, I had a tour on their production site. It went well again. At the end the hiring manager asked for professional references, which I provided on the same day. Then I was invited for a third interview and an office tour. The third interview would be with someone that had no connection with the department. I had prepared myself for a final interview, but I faced someone who didn’t know anything of my profile, neither of the previous interviews I’ve taken before. He would ask either very generic questions or very specific answers about their activity. I didn’t know, but this conversation would be the last time I would hear anything from Econowind. After that they went completely silent. I tried to reach out and got no answer. Neither the external recruiter. After three interviews I was expecting to get at least an answer.
