Online submission, I was then emailed and brought in for an interview. It was me and 2 employees and it was a mixture of formal and informal. Asked standard questions, but it was tailored specifically to the industry I was applying to. I also had to bring a written assignment which we went over together, and I explained what it was and what I was talking about.

What are some trends you see happening in this industry?
2 rounds; overall straightforward with relatively standard questions for an internship. However the internship is competitive lots of people apply to this internship but it’s a great experience I enjoyed it

Online written task on press release and social media post drafting. Can finish it in one hour. After that will be in person interview with managers. Interview questions are easy and casual.

Interview
Only did the first round which was a phone screening. Recruiter didn't seem that engaged and sounded like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Communication via email is quick though, and they're transparent about the process and updates so that's a plus.
