Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview with HR where they ask the normal questions about why Edelman, why PR, where you want to be in 5 years, etc. After that went well, they called me in for a 1:1 with the HR contact, at which point I took a grammar test and met with 5-6 people from the department (Health) that I would be working in as an intern. Everyone was very nice and though they didn't necessarily seem like they prepped a lot beforehand with questions, we did having engaging conversations about why this would be a good fit for me and what I was looking for in a position and career.
2 rounds; overall straightforward with relatively standard questions for an internship. However the internship is competitive lots of people apply to this internship but it’s a great experience I enjoyed it

Online written task on press release and social media post drafting. Can finish it in one hour. After that will be in person interview with managers. Interview questions are easy and casual.

Only did the first round which was a phone screening. Recruiter didn't seem that engaged and sounded like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Communication via email is quick though, and they're transparent about the process and updates so that's a plus.
