It was strictly email and phone call. I set up a time to talk to a very nice lady on the phone for about 30 minutes about my qualifications and what I looked for as well.

Friendly interviewers and the team seems passionate about what they do. They would discuss the writing assignment to understand more about you and your thought process. The stages took about 2-3 weeks.
