I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Edelman
Interview
I have interviewed with them many times at this point. They change the role they are hiring for or hire internally a lot even when interested in the candidate. You have to know someone to get a foot in the door and even then it can be difficult.
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.
Interview questions [1]

They asked about my experience in past roles and about organization and writing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in June 2024
Interview

Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
