Interview
Multiple virtual interviews, with HR, then my line manager, then a group of VPs, as well as a psychometric evaluation and interview task. Very comprehensive overall, but the evaluation was stressful and no results were shared (other than that I was hired, so I obviously passed).

Interview
This was for a job within a project/small company that Edelman houses. An HR person contacted me right after I applied and set up a mtg with the CEO of this group. She told me that the guy was kind of eccentric. During our meeting he shared a variety of political views with me which had nothing to do with the job. I just nodded and smiled. At one point he asked me if I understood cloud computing, because he may have a business opportunity in the field. As far as I knew, this company had literally nothing to do with cloud computing. I explained as much as I could to him and he seemed impressed. Suddenly, without warning, he got up and walked me to the elevator. Pretty much in the middle of a sentence. I have no idea why. I called the HR lady later and she didn't seem surprised.

Interview
Overall it was a good learning opportunity and discussion as a way forward. From the beginning to the final stage it was smooth and formal. It largely covered Market understanding, trends and outlook
