I applied to an Assistant Account Executive role at a Health brand with Edelman's NYC location in November 2021 through their website. I got an email for a phone interview within a week. They were slow in getting back to me and it took two weeks until I did the phone interview. The interview was with one person and it was about 35 minutes long. Later that week they told me I did not move to the next round.

Tell me about yourself and your experience? Why PR?Why healthcare? How do you manage your time/stay organized? How do you respond to feedback? Asked to talk more in-depth.
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

They asked about my experience in past roles and about organization and writing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in June 2024
Interview
went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
