I was recommended by an employee and then when through a phone screen before moving on to a set of in-person interviews. The group interviews were casual and relatively simple. Edelman can take anywhere from a day to three weeks to hire you depending on the immediate need of an intern for any of the teams.

there were a total of 3 rounds: an interview with HR, submitted a written test, then meeting with someone from the team. in total, i think the process took around two to three weeks.

Interview
First-round was a screening with HR. Then, a writing assessment. The second round of interviews involved talking to members of the different teams you are being considered for (on separate calls). The last round includes multiple panel interviews with the different teams.
