I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Edelman (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
15 Minute discovery call with internal recruiter. Wasn't to bad. Asked all the regular questions and the process was smooth. Did not end up making it to the second interview.
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.
Interview questions [1]

They asked about my experience in past roles and about organization and writing skills.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in June 2024

Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
