Interviewed in person, in Tokyo. The office is just a walking- distance from the station. It was OK. The atmosphere was OK too. Usual and common interview questions were asked. Talked about the job offer and about the salary.
It was pretty simple. I applied online, had an interview, and recorded a video for Educareer to send to schools for screening.
I have not yet gotten a job through Educareer yet though.
I applied online. I interviewed at EduCareer (Tokyo) in Dec 2019
Interview
As EduCareer is a recruiter the interview is simply a video or phone screening. If the candidate is successful they will be connected to the school seeking a teacher. All of the questions are basic inquiries into how you handle team and solo teaching as well as inquiring about your Japanese ability level.
