I first had a call from a recruiter in the company who asked me a few basic questions like past experience and why would I like to work at the company. The second step was an interview with the lead UX researcher which included technical details. The third step was a research challenege where I was required to produce a brief report as to how I would tackle a research project. The final step was another technical interview with the design lead, and other two senior design team members.
