Question 1
Why education and why the EP fellowship? What is a challenge you have experienced at work and how did you overcome it? How would you handle a hypothetical conflict that took place? What is a privilege you have benefited from and how/when did you become aware of it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Education Pioneers in Feb 2024
Interview
Two weeks after I applied, I got an interview. It was completely over the phone, which has advantages and disadvantages. I was interviewed by a former fellow, which was great since you could ask all questions and get the best answers. The interview was approximately 60 minutes and started right on time.
