The internship was interesting and some of the questions caught me off gaurd. Definetly prep for questions a non-profit organization would ask. Many of the questions where very specific on how you'd handle a specific task in that role.

Question 1
When was a time you acknowledged your privilege in the workplace or at school?
45-60 minute phone interview with an EP alum (summer fellow). Interviewer had a set list of questions that we had to answer. Interview details are also provided on the EP website.

Question 1
Why education and why the EP fellowship? What is a challenge you have experienced at work and how did you overcome it? How would you handle a hypothetical conflict that took place? What is a privilege you have benefited from and how/when did you become aware of it?
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Education Pioneers (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
1. Phone interview
2. Matching process
3. Interview with the sponsors that selected you (in my case 3 sponsors)
The interview with the sponsors is done after the matching; they will reach out to you; every sponsor has a different approach for the interview; only one had a slightly "technical" approach for a data fellowship position.
