I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Barrie, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
Recruiter emailed for a telephone interview. Spoke on the telephone to one recruiter and was told the job I applied for was no longer available but they had one another in another town nearby. I said that was fine. She told me that the agent from that office would interview me next. Then another recruiter called again said that job was unavailable but the original job I applied for was open. Was told they would email me instructions and never did. Then yet another recruiter (the third in this process) called me and said I was moving on to be interviewed by an agent, and never heard from anyone again. Three different people, all saying different things - wildly disorganized process that went nowhere.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your prior experience working in insurance? What level are your office skills? What is your proficiency with Microsoft Office? Describe a difficult situation/ problem with a client and the steps you took to resolve the issue(s).
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
