Interview
This company is a joke. I have been in the industry for a very long time and have never had a job hiring process take this long. Be prepared for a min. 6 weeks to a maximum 3 months and DO NOT apply if you have any credit issues whatsoever. DO NOT quit your job based on their "soft offer".
If you want to be treated like a cog in the wheel by all means work for EJ but I recommend looking elsewhere!
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
