This was, by far, one of the most challenging interview processes I have ever experienced. EDJ not only tests you on your commitment to become a FA; they also make sure you can cut it in their cut throat world.

Interview
The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.
