There was a phone screen, which was just a phone interview. If you get through that they'll have you set up a face to face interview with a financial advisor that is in your area. The interview is impersonal, the interviewer just sits there and reads questions from a stack of papers. He or she will read the question, you answer and they'll write it down. It'll take the person a while to write your answers down so there is a silence after you're down talking, awkward. Just got done with that so I'm not sure what is next up.
