Interview
This was an extremely long and rigorous process and it takes a lot of time and dedication. I began the process a couple of months before I completed undergrad and did not get my official offer until well into the summer. Overall I would say the entire process took about 2 months. It included a phone interview, a couple of face to face interviews, a door knocking exercise which basically is just to make sure your people skills are on par, and finally a final phone interview. I was extremely impressed with how open and accessible they were throughout the process.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
