Went through two rounds of interviews and was extended an offer shortly after. The process was very standard. I worked as an intern where I was guaranteed two interviews for the RDP Program.

Interview
I applied through my school's job board and then I got an in person interview on campus. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and consisted of only behavioral questions. The rotational program is a unique opportunity to get exposure to many aspects of Edward Jones' business and they look for intellectually curious people who have and strong interest in finance.

My first round of the interview took place at my campus with one of the company's Partners and another associate.
The second round was a 2 hour, over-the-phone with a panel of associates (5-7 associates, I believe).
