Interview
2 weeks after applying online, received an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview lasted for around 30 minutes, mostly situational questions. A few days later, I was contacted by the FA to schedule a face-to-face interview. Similar to phone interview, FA asked situational questions; very standard interview process.

Tell me a situation when.. (after you finished with the whole story)... then they follow up with how was the result.... but at this point I have told them the whole story already...
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
