Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter then if you passed that your resume is sent to the FA . If chose you do an interview with FA. Following interview with FA you complete a personality test before getting an offer.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a difficult situation and how you handled it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
