Interview
I had my phone interview and was told a was a very good candidate. I then had my in person and was again told i was a great choice. I did not get the job, but I was told I was such a good candidate that the advisor was going to recomend me to the main office. He felt i woild be an asset for Jones. I have not heard from Jones again. I have applied for two other BOA positions

Question 1
The questions asked were average, not as difficult as I expected
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
